I used the service offered by Yumi not once but twice, for two objects both quite expensive and rare to find. Both times Yumi’s purchase of the items was timely as were her responses and availability. The price for her services was fair, she was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t say I was disappointed. Thank you Yumi for everything!
I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL Yumi is! It was my first time using this type of service. After my return from a recent visit to Japan, I discovered one of the ceramic bowls I bought had cracked during the trip home. Yumi helped me search for the product and shipped me more bowls to complete my set. I was very impressed with her prompt replies to my emails, her communication is clear and organized – I really appreciated that! She also carefully packed up my bowls with paper/padding/etc…so that they arrived safely. Within 2 to 3 weeks of our initial chat, I received my bowls. It was so quick! I highly recommend her services and would most definitely work with her again!
