She went to an anime event that required a ticket to buy me some merchandise and from the moment I made my request, she replied quickly and carried out the service so fast and for a reasonable price!!the items were packaged safely and arrived shortly after she purchased the items. Worked with Yumi to purchase a few items from a luxury brand, that would only ship to Japan. Yumi was extremely professional, followed through with her words, and got everything done AHEAD of time. She actually underpromised and overdelivered. She was supposed to be out of town for about 10 days and told me I wouldn’t get my items in time before my trip (where I wanted to use them) but then ultimately still got them delivered and sent out BEFORE she left on her trip.
