Thanks to Yumi we were able to secure museum tickets without the major hassle of abroad online booking ourselves, and in addition at a very fair price compared to international ticket vendors (who also were sold out).
Following our enquiry she replied quickly and professionally with some additional questions and provided the total cost, we paid via PayPal, and the tickets were secured some weeks later (hooray!!). I’d been trying for a few months to order some earrings from a Japanese website, and every time I’d hit submit, it would eat my order and give me an error message. This time, when the earrings became available again, I sent Yumi an inquiry, and it went smooth as butter! I think my address might have confused the site originally, but Yumi was able to order it much more easily, received it promptly, and then it arrived at my door sooner than expected.
