There was a pop up shop with merchandise I was trying to get, so I asked Yumi to buy them for me. She always responded quickly and kept sending updates, which was very reassuring and made the whole process go smoothly. All of the merchandise is in flawless condition thanks to Yumi’s secure packaging.

Yumi helped us a lot by getting some special items from Junji Ito X Sanrio (only sold in a specific shop for a specific time). Even if this was a lottery, she went multiple times on site to get the products. Even if this was unsuccessful because of the lottery and the queue, she took time to inform me that an online sale was planned later this year. And she finally got the items that my friends and I wanted.
Even if this was a « paid service », I personally felt that all the exchange, the help and the dedication weren’t « fake ». So I can only recommend you to leave her a message and get a quote for your request !

This is an overdue review from July 2024. Yumi was amazing at getting tickets for Ghibli museum for us! She was quick to respond to emails and very detailed in her replies. I highly recommend Yumi and will request her services again when I return to Japan. Thanks Yumi!!
