I’m very grateful to Yumi for finding a pair of sunglasses that were sold out on-line, discontinued and mostly sold out in the physical stores. As soon as Yumi received my email, she was able to quickly find a pair, provided a very fair price to visit the store to purchase them and mail them to me. I had given up hope of every owning these sunglasses (my husband bought a pair in Japan, and I loved them) but within 6 days of writing to Yumi, my post office delivered them to me in Canada. I had never heard of personal shoppers before, but I highly recommend Yumi’s services. I am so happy to have found her website and thrilled to have the sunglasses in my possession. She is a miracle shopper in my mind!
