Yumi was extremely efficient and had great communication throughout the purchasing and shipping process. This was my first time ordering “blindly”, but she sent photos and responded to my inquiries quickly to put me at ease.
Yumi’s service was great. She completed my order very quickly and I received it in Australia within a matter of days.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find the little personalized note which was included with the package.

Yumi was the best personal shopper I’ve ever dealt with. I had a rather difficult request – for a special limited-time-only store that needed reservations for entry! I contacted many personal shoppers in Japan, but Yumi was the only one who was willing to go above and beyond to fulfill my request. She was incredibly easy to work with, and was extremely clear about pricing and expectations. I loved that she sent me detailed updates – she even sent me a photo of the store when she arrived, and of everything she managed to purchase on my behalf! I was reccomended by a mutual of mine to go to Yumi. Yumi was wonderful, very nice!! (i changed and added things to my order alot and she was very patient with me), shipping was quick (recieved items in 5 days – ems shipping) , items came protected with two boxes, quoted everything before and showed how she added up the total.

Excellent shopping service! I needed an in-store ss for a special release by BTSSB in Nagoya. She quoted everything before, including international shipping fees so I only had to pay one PayPal invoice. After payment, she gave me updates while at the store waiting and afterwards before she had returned home to let me know she had gotten everything! She shipped everything out the same day. My only complaint is the packaging seemed a little small (but I’m glad it wasn’t over packaged, so it’s okay). I’d prefer the brand shopping bag separated and folded, just so it doesn’t get crushed. But not a big deal.
I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to use her service again!
