they are definately very professional and go out of their way to find the product that you actaully want. the item i wanted was not available at a store, so they called the manufacturere and got it taken care of. they are very good at communication as well. always answering the next day. i wish every body had a work ethic like these people.
Yumi is extremely reliable and fast, and will do her best to help you to get anything you want. I wanted a box to storage books that was for sale in another prefecture and for sale on shop only, and she got it. Her fees were even cheap! I was thinking that maybe I would need to pay her shinkansen or sometihing similar, but wasn’t needed, so I ended paying a lot less than I thought.
This is the third time I request her services, and will come back to her again for sure.
