Was looking for a specific item that was sold out online and I saw that a store possibly had one on location in Nagoya.
I had never used a personal shopper before so I did quick search and found this service online and sent her my request.
She was quick to respond and said after payment she would go to store and notify me if it was there.
Once she arrived at the store. She sent me photos of said item and made the purchase. Item was quickly shipped soon after.
I Received shipment today. Item was well packaged and in excellent condition.

Absolutely the best online shopping experience of my life! Yumi did extensive research to ensure I was getting exactly the items I wanted, then went to every length to procure them for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, communicative, and prompt. She even went so far as to photograph the transaction itself so that I could be assured of what I was getting and from where it had come! The items were packed _extremely_ carefully and arrived on time in pristine condition. I can’t express how impressed and pleased I was with the entire experience from the start to finish. My package arrived today. I’ve never used a personal shopper before (mainly because I was wary) but when I discovered that certain event exclusive items of one of my favourite manga series would only be sold in a physical store and not online, I started looking for a personal shopper nevertheless.
Yumi got recommended to me and I’m really happy that was the case, because her service is amazing! She always replied quickly, gave me clear quotes and kept me regularly up to date. She even went above and beyond of what I had expected, offering to look for some items elsewhere when they turned out to be sold out at the event itself.
The items were securely packaged as well, so they arrived safely and without any scratches or bumps. Thanks to her I managed to get my hands on items I never thought I would manage to get, so I’m beyond happy right now.
I can definitely recommend her service to everyone and I’ll be using her service in the future as well.

I couldn’t ask for better service! Yumi was very responsive and polite, providing detailed estimates and updates promptly throughout the procurement process. She also sent pictures of the items I ordered prior to shipment and at no point was I concerned or uninformed about the status of my purchase.
My order was also carefully and expertly packed. Everything arrived as expected in perfect condition. If you have any questions, her replies are quick and informative. Particularly in response to COVID-19, Yumi kept me informed of shipping changes and offered me a refund on my prepaid order once a cheaper shipping method was used.

Safely received my package yesterday! I recommend this site for all kinds of personal shopping in Japan because the shopper, Yumi, can check for specific products and their special benefits (特典). For reference, I wanted to buy manga that was part of an ongoing illustration card campaign (デンゲキ祭り～創刊9周年フェア), but the cards could only be obtained by shopping at the specific stores; Yumi was able to call the stores ahead of time to confirm they had the special benefits in stock, and purchased them for me.
I highly recommend Yumi’s personal shopper service because she can get you a more specific item than most other sites will.
Yumi helped me get a doll that was only being sold in store in Nagoya. She was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always swift and very friendly. I am extremely pleased with the service and my doll arrived safely packed.

This is such a wonderful service. I’d never used a personal shopper before and finding one seemed difficult and risky. There was a once in a lifetime event being held that I was going to miss due to covid, so I decided to finally take a chance and I’m really glad I did. Communication was so easy and she went above and beyond my requests, even taking photos of the event for me without even being asked. I just received my package and everything was packed extremely carefully so all of the fragile items arrived safely and in perfect condition.
