I need help buying 2 stuffs from physical store as it come with extra benefits. As the date of the released are different, and one of the date she is not in the city, she went all out asking her friend to help get the item! I’m so thankful! And managed to get all the benefits which make me happier!

I found Yumi’s website when I was looking for someone to buy goods from a Yuzuru Hanyu exhibition that was only available in Japan. I had great communication with Yumi and even got a refund when the shipping costs turned out to be lower than estimated.

I wanted to buy a high-quality Japanese wristwatch. But it was only available on-site in Japan, without an option to be shipped abroad.
So I looked for a Japan-based personal shopper and found Yumi’s website – she replied to my request immediately, acted quickly and managed to whole process very well. Yumi handled especially the shipment to Germany/Europe very professionally, so I received the desired watch after a really short time.

Yumi got back to me within minutes of receiving my email request and located the item I wanted before responding. The store only had one so we waited till they restocked and I just received my order today via DHL. Not only was Yumi fast and responsive, she credited me when DHL proved to be less expensive than we originally thought.
