I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL Yumi is! It was my first time using this type of service. After my return from a recent visit to Japan, I discovered one of the ceramic bowls I bought had cracked during the trip home. Yumi helped me search for the product and shipped me more bowls to complete my set. I was very impressed with her prompt replies to my emails, her communication is clear and organized – I really appreciated that! She also carefully packed up my bowls with paper/padding/etc…so that they arrived safely. Within 2 to 3 weeks of our initial chat, I received my bowls. It was so quick! I highly recommend her services and would most definitely work with her again!

Thanks to Yumi we were able to secure museum tickets without the major hassle of abroad online booking ourselves, and in addition at a very fair price compared to international ticket vendors (who also were sold out).
Following our enquiry she replied quickly and professionally with some additional questions and provided the total cost, we paid via PayPal, and the tickets were secured some weeks later (hooray!!). Thee tickets were later posted to our Tokyo hotel. Immaculate service! We can definitely recommend Yumi, and if we want something from the Japanese market in the future we know whom to contact…
