My family and I have travelled from Toronto, Canada for our first ever vacation to Japan. Yumi assisted us in purchasing tickets from Ghibli Meseum and Fujiko · F · Fujio Museum. Yumi is extremely pleasant and provided a wonderful experience. Without her assistance we would not be able to fulfill the itinerary on our dream list! Yumi’s shopping service is the best!
I’ve used Yumi’s shopping service several times and she is always professional, attentive, friendly, fast and thorough. I used Yumi’s shopping service to buy several new release items from Shibuya Tsutaya in store and I’m always amazed at how Yumi always makes buying from Japan stress-free. She is clear, makes sure that all of the items I want are purchased and I never need to worry about communication because she always makes sure to email me every step from shopping to shipping to when she’ll go to the store. I am super grateful for her communication as other shopping services I’ve used in the past have left me hanging for days without any communication, but this is never a problem with Yumi. She takes extra care when purchasing and packaging the items I want and I can always see how much care and attention she puts into every shopping service/request.
I really appreciated how Yumi was willing to accommodate my request with a very short notice. I emailed Yumi regarding the items I wanted (a Tsutaya limited release for a popular series) only 2 days before the release and she went to the store on the day of the release to be sure she was able to purchase all of the items!
When going to the store, Yumi took photos of the display and I always enjoy looking the photos she takes and it definitely adds to the shopping experience. She even took photos of related items and asked me if I was interested in anything. I’m super grateful at her effort and attention and I’m very grateful she took the extra effort!! (I collect items of the same character and she took photos of all of the items in the store of that character and asked me if I wanted anything! For a collector like me, I cannot express how thoughtful and kind this was!)
Yumi packed my items with care and even though my country’s post office was really rough with the package, Yumi made sure that my items were well protected and I received everything in perfect condition.
I cannot express in words how much I appreciate the thoughtfulness, care and effort Yumi always puts into when shopping for me. Yumi’s service is wonderful and unparalleled and I recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase anything from Japan! I will definitely use Yumi’s shopping service in the future!

First time, two in-store requests, and am I ever glad I took the plunge. Yumi communicated all the details and any related information.
