Worked with Yumi to purchase a few items from a luxury brand, that would only ship to Japan. Yumi was extremely professional, followed through with her words, and got everything done AHEAD of time. She actually underpromised and overdelivered. She was supposed to be out of town for about 10 days and told me I wouldn’t get my items in time before my trip (where I wanted to use them) but then ultimately still got them delivered and sent out BEFORE she left on her trip. She is absolutely amazing and will be my #1 go-to for all Japanese shopping going forward. She is the BEST!! Thank you sincerely again Yumi, I sincerely appreciate you!!!
