Yumi provides a fantastic service. Generally pretty good communications but definitely on the ball and easy to deal with. Very efficient service too, I placed my order on Monday, items were dispatched and tracking details received on Tuesday and my heatsticks arrived in Sydney Friday morning. Definitely be using this service again.
