Yumi is amazing. I wanted to go to Wrestle Kingdom and the information on how to purchase tickets were not clear to me. Yumi was very helpful. I found a hot/hard to get wrestling ticket(New Japan New Years Dash) listed on yahoo marketplace and translated using google chrome, however some of it didn`t quite work. She helped explain the parts I couldn`t understand, and purchased the ticket promptly on me agreeing the price and submitting the payment via her (using paypal). Communication was prompt. ticket was promptly posted on when it arrived. Would definitely recommend!
