Hakuoki is an otome video game (a story-based video game that is targeted towards women) series which has been adapted into an anime series, manga and 2.5D musical. The customer was planning to join an event “Hakuoki Sakura no Utage 2018”, and I helped her to reserve their official tour that included an event ticket and hotel.
