I placed an order through Yumi to get a fan club membership limited CD/DVD bundle. She was very prompt about everything and was organized with keeping track of shipping date changes since I would be in Japan for a short time. I would definitely order through Yumi again as there are very few services out there that will handle fan club membership info for purchases.
I’ve placed several orders with Yumi and she’s always a pleasure to deal with. Some of my purchases are pre-orders that take several months to be released (e.g., Yuzuru Hanyu exhibition goods) and she keeps on top of things.

Working with Yumi has been amazing! The series Reincarnated as a Sword had a pop-up shop in Japan with a few in-store exclusives (I’m U.S. based). While many other proxy services were unable to fulfil my request, Yumi worked with me to make this possible. I’m so grateful for her services. She gave me updates for each step and verified all information with me to make sure everything went smoothly. She even sent pictures prior to shipment to verify everything was as expected before it was sent over. It was reassuring to have confirmation and updates along the way.
