Working with Yumi has been amazing! The series Reincarnated as a Sword had a pop-up shop in Japan with a few in-store exclusives (I’m U.S. based). While many other proxy services were unable to fulfil my request, Yumi worked with me to make this possible. I’m so grateful for her services. I ordered through Yumi during the pandemic, when I started gaining interest in cooking. I was really impressed with handmade products from Japan, and had reached out to her for some suggestions and guidance. She was kind enough to send me multiple links to sites where I can order handmade kitchen products. She was very prompt with her responses, even though I was delaying the process. I added multiple items even after I had sent her the final list, which she managed to purchase without any complaints.
