I had a very pleasant experience with Yumi and her services. The communication was great, she even went out of her way to help me find additional information as I was not able to search up the products in Japanese. She is friendly and updated me on every stage from purchasing the pen to when she shipped my pen. Also, she was upfront with all the charges and if there were any additional charges for any changes made.
