This was my first time shopping and I had a great interaction! I ordered some starbucks cups and Yumi helped me find the one that was out of stock either way (I didn’t end up getting due to upcharge but that is not her fault!!) but I still managed to get 2 other cups that were still in stock on the site! I chose sea shipping and it took roughly 2 and 1/2 months to get to me, but that was expected! I’m so happy with my purchase and would def recommend! Very fast and prompt and helpful!
This is my first time using Yumi and needed help to buy from Mercari Japan to get access to MA*RS fashion. I had a member from a group chat recommend Yumi to me and I am very satisfied!
