I’d been trying for a few months to order some earrings from a Japanese website, and every time I’d hit submit, it would eat my order and give me an error message. I was looking for a Japanese buckwheat style pillow by Lofty and they don’t ship outside Japan. I found Yumi’s service on some package forwarder listing and as the info on the website was excellent and the service very reasonably priced, I contacted Yumi and she was very responsive and actively kept me up to date with the receiving and resending the package.
