Yumi is exceptionally good at her job. She made our trip to Tokyo once in a life time. She purchased difficult to get tickets for us. Every venue was the perfect seats. Yumi was extremely efficient and had great communication throughout the purchasing and shipping process. This was my first time ordering “blindly”, but she sent photos and responded to my inquiries quickly to put me at ease.
