My order was the type that could be delivered to me via email, so the entire request/payment/delivery took a minimum of two days. Yumi was always very quick to respond and clear on how to go about the transaction. She was even kind enough to run it by me on whether or not I had received my order. It had been a very relieving and enjoyable experience for me, especially since this is the first time I had ordered something from another country. Thank you so much Yumi, if I need to order something again you’ll be the first person I think of contacting!
My package arrived today, and all around, working with Yumi has been a wonderful experience!
I wanted to get my hands on items that were hard to get online, but easier to get when working with an individual person rather than a third party service, so I went looking for someone that could do so and came across this site. When I reached out to Yumi with my questions, she looked into it and promptly responded back, along with the price breakdown for each item and the service fees required. And even though the in person shopping fee ended up being steep due to the number of items I was getting, I felt like it was money well spent. I can only emphasize how much I felt so when Yumi kept me constantly updated with the process and provided me with images to assure that I would receive the right items, and then to confirm the items had been purchased safely. And when everything arrived, it was packed nicely, and everything was as it should be.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience from the start, and I’m almost a bit sad that it’s done! Yumi is such a sweet person to work with, and I can’t wait to have another chance to work with her in the future!

After leaving a quote for the items her reply came really quickly with all the prices listed well and clearly.
Updates about the order status were prompt. After buying the items Yumi emailed pictures of the items bought and also some of the related panels that were put up at the shop!
Everything was packed very carefully and well, so the items arrived in perfect condition.
I would definitely recommend Yumi’s service to anyone and will be happy to use the service again myself!

Yumi was such a pleasure to talk with. Went to look for rare Luca merchandise for me on multiple websites and gave me a great range of prices to choose from. Yumi is the absolute BEST!!! Her communication is amazing and she always got back to me with a response within a day of messaging her any questions. Moreoever she is the sweetest person and always went over and above to help me find what I was looking for :’) When an item I wanted was sold out, she helped look around at other places, reached out to the seller on my behalf, and did everything possible to help me get all the cute items I wanted!
I’ve bought a lot of cute Harajuku fashion over the years, and before meeting Yumi, have tried a lot of other shopping services. So I can personally attest that other shopping services usually end up costing way more with lots of extra charges per item especially when purchasing Lolita dresses. If you’re looking to get kawaii clothing and accessories, I highly recommend Yumi for all your shopping needs! She is kind, professional, and her prices are very fair. No matter what you’re looking for, she will find a way to get it and ensure you’re happy 🙂 Payment and shipping also went very smoothly. Was looking for a specific item that was sold out online and I saw that a store possibly had one on location in Nagoya.
I had never used a personal shopper before so I did quick search and found this service online and sent her my request.
She was quick to respond and said after payment she would go to store and notify me if it was there.
Once she arrived at the store. She sent me photos of said item and made the purchase. Item was quickly shipped soon after.
I Received shipment today. Item was well packaged and in excellent condition.
