Basically I use EMS which is safest and fastest. Air, Surface, SAL shipping as per your request.

Other similar websites with Personal Shopper Japan.com ask you to make payment twice, one for commission fees and the other for shipping cost which cause double PayPal transaction fees. To prevent you from making payment twice and to give you a simple and easy procedure, I estimate shipping cost by size and weight of the items. Please note that the cost might slightly differ from the actual shipping cost for that reason. The shipping cost also includes packaging cost.
Size and Weight Limits
List of EMS Size and Weight Limits : http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/size/index_en.html
Each country uses either of the above two standard sizes, A or B. Some countries may use different standards.
The maximum weight is 20kg or 30kg, it depends on countries/areas.
I use baggage forwarding company for oversize order.
There are prohibitions on exports and imports of certain articles by laws and provisions. Please check if the items you want are not prohibited.

Nonmailable Articles in International Mail
Note that each country has prohibited articles in addition to commonly prohibited articles. In some cases I may have to decline your orders even though they are not in the lists.
I strongly suggest you to insure your order items in case of damage or lost. EMS covers up to 20,000JPY for free, and additional fees is required for more than 20,000JPY.
EMS Insurance Program : http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/service/damage_en.html
Air/Surface/SAL Insurance : http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/service/option/insurance_en.html
Insurance cost will be included in a quote by default. please let me know if you don’t need it, but note that I cannot accept any claims for damage or lost without insurance.
Customs and Import Duty
When your order items are imported into your country, you need to pay tariffs depending on the items and their prices. Tariffs are taxes paid in the destination country to protect their industry, and the rates and items subject to tax differ according to the country. In addition to customs tariffs, associated taxes such as excise tax and value-added tax are sometimes charged. Please note that you are responsible for such costs, and I cannot predict them nor have no control over these charges.
Also, I will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms since it is against International laws.
Shipping Items over ¥200,000 Value
From April 1st 2017, a customs clearing procedures fee will be charged for packages over ¥200,000 value due to Japan Post policy change. The fee is ¥2,800 / package.
Shipping to Hotels
If you have a plan to come to Japan, I can send items to your hotel or general delivery to a post office close to a place you’ll be staying besides shipping them to your address.
