This was my first time using Yumi’s service and Yumi helped me purchase very limited items that were difficult to purchase and required going in person to Pop Up Shops to reserve and receive at a later date (she helped me go to shops in Nagoya and Tokyo!). She kept me updated at every step of the process and always answered my questions promptly and professionally. She even helped me call the shops for more info on the items and updated me every step of the way.
Yumi is friendly, professional and honest and upfront with everything involving the purchase of my items. Yumi is super reliable and trustworthy and I really appreciated her clear communication, her hard work and how much care she puts into making sure that she gets my items to me safely. She’s super fast, efficient, thorough and kind and she really goes the extra mile to make sure the entire process is super smooth.
The initial quote Yumi gave me for one of my items ended up different from the actual cost and Yumi immediately let me know and refunded me the difference.
Yumi took photos of the shop for me and also of the items when she received them. She quickly shipped the items out to me as well!
I’ve used other services in the past and they just cannot compare with how much care and work Yumi puts into every single request. Yumi never lets me feel worried about the status of my purchases and her fees are very reasonable!
Yumi always takes care in packing my items even when the items she helped me purchase were big and irregular shaped. Even the delivery service I used complimented her packaging (it was a big and irregularly sized item that only got to me safely because Yumi was so thorough and careful in making sure it got to me safely)!
I highly highly recommend Yumi and cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me obtain my items and making sure the entire process was so smooth!!
