This is such a wonderful service. I’d never used a personal shopper before and finding one seemed difficult and risky. There was a once in a lifetime event being held that I was going to miss due to covid, so I decided to finally take a chance and I’m really glad I did. Communication was so easy and she went above and beyond my requests, even taking photos of the event for me without even being asked. I just received my package and everything was packed extremely carefully so all of the fragile items arrived safely and in perfect condition. I will absolutely be using this service again and I highly recommend it to anyone in my situation as well.

When I was trying to find a way to buy a hard-to-find product, I came upon Yumi’s website. Every step of the way from inquiry, quote, and acquiring the product was great. When one seller for the product became unavailable, Yumi went out of her way to find me another seller. I am very happy with Yumi’s help and the personal shopper experience that she provided.
Upon the delivery of my item, I noticed that Yumi took great care in ensuring that my items arrived as safe as possible. The entire package was wrapped securely. The items themselves had extra protection.

Yumi is outstanding when it comes to getting the items you want. We requested items from a pop-up shop and when the items went out of stock she offered to go back at a later date. On the day of the restock she responded to last minute changes to items in case of sell outs and promptly accepted getting all the items we requested.
The communication was outstanding with updates on purchases daily and photos as well! The items were very well packaged (double boxed and filled with protective material!)
