It was great to purchase with Yumi! Yumi kept me up to date with all the shipping progress and she was very kind and responsive. I wouldn’t have been able to purchase the Diptyque candle available only in Japan without her!
This was my first time using a Personal Shopper Service to buy a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) watch I had no other way of buying and, I must say I was a little hesitant at first.
I usually buy products from Japan with the use of internet proxy service platforms. But such platforms are limited to Yahoo shopping and perhaps, Rakuten. There is no way of getting products from a physical store or from a Japanese webpage that only ships locally.
After a couple of very straightforward emails with Yumi, I decided to give it a go and I am very satisfied with the results, to such extent that I have placed a second order for another JDM watch!
Yumi is very professional, She replies very fast and she is constantly keeping you updated of the status of your order. Likewise she is also vigilant of your shipment once it has left Japan in order to ensure you receive it in the estimated time frame.
I highly recommend her services and I can assure anyone she will surpass by far your expectations.
