I was looking for a Japanese buckwheat style pillow by Lofty and they don’t ship outside Japan. I found Yumi’s service on some package forwarder listing and as the info on the website was excellent and the service very reasonably priced, I contacted Yumi and she was very responsive and actively kept me up to date with the receiving and resending the package.
I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use Yumi’s service again when the need arises.

I first heard about Yumi from Facebook Japan Travel page. We wanted to go to the Museum in Tokyo but didn’t have the time to line up exactly when the museum virtually started taking the reservation. We reached out to Yumi several days before the reservation and she helped us with the tickets. She was prompt and very thorough. Payment was made via PayPal with a clear invoice and payment confirmation. She even helped mailing the tickets to the hotel we were staying at. We are very happy on how everything turned out. Yumi has helped me purchase a lot of items since 2020, some pre-orders, some through Mercari and other resellers, and she always provides excellent service. Friends I’ve referred have also been happy with her assistance.
I have made multiple orders from Yumi over the course of a year, with the most recent having just arrived at my home (in perfect condition I might add), and I couldn’t be more pleased with Yumi and these services. If not for Her I would never have been able to complete my giant subscription model. We have made normal purchases and even participated in a few auctions.
Yumi truly shows care. She has kept in consistent contact, answering any questions I may have had, giving me updates on my orders, and of course placing my orders. (For a decent price I might add).

I placed an order through Yumi to get a fan club membership limited CD/DVD bundle. She was very prompt about everything and was organized with keeping track of shipping date changes since I would be in Japan for a short time. I would definitely order through Yumi again as there are very few services out there that will handle fan club membership info for purchases.
I’ve placed several orders with Yumi and she’s always a pleasure to deal with. Some of my purchases are pre-orders that take several months to be released (e.g., Yuzuru Hanyu exhibition goods) and she keeps on top of things.
