This is my 3rd time being helped by Yumi and I must say she’s beyond amazing!!! Excellent communication, friendly, and went out of the way to accommodate me! I’m so blown away. Very prompt to ship too with fast shipping services available so it arrived within a week. Everything was packaged with so much care and thoughtfulness. It may sound silly but I even love the cardboard box it came in. It’s the most perfect size cardboard box I’ve ever seen that I want to keep it, too!
I absolutely treasure my items she helped me to collect. It means so much to me. She’s made me feel so valued and taken care of and I’m so BEYOND grateful. I really can’t say enough great things about the experience. I would recommend this service and Yumi to anyone considering it if you are looking to get your hands on hard to get items from Japan. My order was the type that could be delivered to me via email, so the entire request/payment/delivery took a minimum of two days. Yumi was always very quick to respond and clear on how to go about the transaction. She was even kind enough to run it by me on whether or not I had received my order. It had been a very relieving and enjoyable experience for me, especially since this is the first time I had ordered something from another country. My package arrived today, and all around, working with Yumi has been a wonderful experience!
I wanted to get my hands on items that were hard to get online, but easier to get when working with an individual person rather than a third party service, so I went looking for someone that could do so and came across this site. When I reached out to Yumi with my questions, she looked into it and promptly responded back, along with the price breakdown for each item and the service fees required. And even though the in person shopping fee ended up being steep due to the number of items I was getting, I felt like it was money well spent. I can only emphasize how much I felt so when Yumi kept me constantly updated with the process and provided me with images to assure that I would receive the right items, and then to confirm the items had been purchased safely. And when everything arrived, it was packed nicely, and everything was as it should be.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience from the start, and I’m almost a bit sad that it’s done! Yumi is such a sweet person to work with, and I can’t wait to have another chance to work with her in the future!

After leaving a quote for the items her reply came really quickly with all the prices listed well and clearly.
Updates about the order status were prompt. After buying the items Yumi emailed pictures of the items bought and also some of the related panels that were put up at the shop!
Everything was packed very carefully and well, so the items arrived in perfect condition.
